The mark (shown upside down) is a bit tough to decipher, but the characters appear to be "國際合司" which if correct can mean something like "International Joint Management". However, I can't find such a mark online and also unsure of the third character meaning "to join" in Chinese. The unreadable smudge to the right side of the mark when flipped may be the place of origin but not even clear enough for me to speculate. I.Nagy with his powers of comprehension may be able to add something here.

Best regards,

Bill H.
