Would appreciate help in translating small Chinese bronze plaque measuring 3.75 inches square. Many thanks.

This is the back side image of a Chinese mirror back from the Qing Dynasty. In all probability a copy of the original in the Baiying Museum in Yangzhou, Jiangsu.
Inscription reads,
方正而明萬　
里無塵水天
一色犀照群倫
Square and bright dustless, for ten thousand miles water and sky are equally brilliant.
Round seal,
湖群　- Huqun - Lake county (Yangzhou)
