Subject:Help reading Chinese inscription - Stone painting

Would anyone be able to give me an indication of era of these two painting on stone and what the inscriptions say? They have been in my family for over 50 years, but we don't know much about them. Someone who visited our home yesterday wants to buy them...we have little idea of what they may be worth (were gifted to the family years and years ago).
Any insight is appreciated.

You need to post clearer images, especially of the inscriptions. If your story is accurate, they predate the current rage for these plaques, which grew out of the fact that they used to be one of the few inexpensive areas of collecting left. That’s no longer the case, and a flood of forgeries are all over the place. If you are correct that these have been in your possession for 50 years, you have some genuine works that this interested party almost certainly plans to resell at a much higher price.
