Hi! I got this plaque at an estate sale but can’t find out what it says or who the artist is. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!

"pavilions in the mountains amid the colors of spring, spring 1980*" (*unless the painter is trying to falsely insinuate that this plaque is from 1920, which is what so many of the plaques on the market today try to be; if so, this plaque was painted more recently than 1980, which otherwise is the only stylistically plausible interpretation of its sexagenary date). No artist name is given, the painted seal is illegible to me.

山亭春色　Mountain pavilion and spring scenery
庚申之春　In Spring of Metal-Monkey (..1920,1980)

I can`t iddentify the marking.
