Seal,
陳x華　　 - Chen x hua - Surname and given name

Unfortunately the third character in the seal imprint is illegibly smudged.

Thank you very much for the assistance I. Nagy. I have attached 3 additional seals pictures from the other 3 paintings I have from the artist to see if that will with the missing third character. Kindest Regards, Jeff

Thank you for the enlarged photos.
Now I can decipher the second missing character;
陳雙華　Chen Shuanghua (Female)
Almost certainly identical to the 1974 born painter and porcelain decorator with the same surname and given name from Jingdezhen.

I am pretty positive it is this Hua Chen https://inf.news/en/culture/f2c0818123888c16aa2933e7a394a5de.html I have another flower picture I got along with the 4 bird pictures that is clearly his style.
