Subject:Small metal statue
Posted By: Tony Tue, Dec 27, 2022 IP: 2603:8000:cd00:404:1

Dear friends,
It is a tiny (2.8") common household metal (non-metallic) statue. Would love to know whether it is primitively made or masqueraded to look old, and of who and which culture?
Very much appreciated the help!
Tony

I meant β€œnon-magnetic”
Also, I thought that it is interesting to share this finding on the Chinese earliest images of bronze Buddha statues

This is Indonesian. Its the top for a small kettle like vessel, I've seen several of these over the years. I'm not sure about the age.

Was about to give it up … and with your info, it might seem to be depiction of one of the deity/goddess (?) with 4 arms 😊

Forgot to mention - the deity is probably Shiva
