Is this the signature and seals of Senrei Hata (1865-1929) ?

This is not the signature of Hata Senrei.
The name of Hata Senrei is written in Kanji: 畑仙齢
This signature reads,
仙嶺寫　-　Painted by Senrei
Upper seal,
平安人圓氏字仲均　-　Heianjin Maru-shi, Ji Chukin
(Master Maru from Kyōto with the sobriquet Chūkin)
Lower seal,
僊嶺　　　-　Senrei
This signature and seals were used by Maruyama Ōkyo 圓山應擧　1733-1795
One of his art-names was Senrei 仙嶺

I cannot verify the the authenticity of the signature and the seals.
