Scroll mounted stone rubbing, or the printed version of it - it is easy to determine with the naked eye.

Title of poem on the rubbing: "Maple Bridge Night Mooring" by Tang Dynasty poet Zhang Ji.
The original stone monument at Suzhou`s Hanshan Temple was carved in the Ming Dynasty with the calligraphy of Weng Zhengmin, but it has worn out, so Yu Yue have recarved it in the Qing period.
The stone stele with this inscription stands in the precincts of the Hanshan Temple in Suzhou, however. in later times the authorities did not alllow the making of rubbings from this stele.

English translation of the poem;

Many thanks Nagy-san as always, apologies for the delay in replying. I am sure everone on this site is most grateful for your insight and help.

I can see now that it is a stone rubbing as you predicted. I have enjoyed researching the shrine and the poem.
Best
Michael
