The print is by Kunisada I, signing "Gotoei Kunisada ga".
It's the right sheet of a kabuki diptych. Depicted is the actor Onoe Tamizō [II] as Tenjiku Tokubei Dainichimaru (天竺徳兵衛大日丸) in the play "Tenjiku Tokubei banri no irifune" performed at the Nkamura theatre, Edo, in 7/1841. Publisher is Aritaya Seiemon; censor seal "kiwame".
