Posted By: Bill H Thu, Oct 27, 2022 This is indeed a Republic Period vase signed by Ma Qingyun (馬慶雲 simplified 马庆云). It features images of the "Three Star Gods" longevity God Shouxing, Good Fortune God Fuxing and the protector God of scholarly emoluments and privilege Luxing (shown from left to right between what appear to be worshipful figures of a female and two children). As seen here, the God of Good Fortune is always properly shown as the taller of this trio. |
