Subject:Help with two Chinese Old Books

Any help is appreciated like always on age or artist etc. One has pictures with writing as scene and the other is just writing with seals on black pages.

It was originally a hardover album with early Chinese photograpies pasted in, but here these were removed and replaced by irrelevant prints.

Hi I. Nagy thank you again like always. I apologize for the confusion but I think I mixed up the books and if you notice in the next post the book you translated DOES indeed have the photos of Old China. I have since found a few and I believe them to be from Lai Fong Studios but am unsure if it is a copy of this or original etc. I cannot find some of the photos in the book but have found others if that makes sense. Any help is appreciated and I apologize for the confusion and mixing up the covers. I have attached the right book with some of the photos. I cant find another book like this and have researched long and hard so any help is apprciated.
