I believe this is the same Japanese Hirado Porcelain mark that was identified by Martin Michaels and I.Nagy in the below exchange on the forum.

It is the same.
平戸産枝榮造　- It reads eiter;`Hirado-san Shiei -zō
or Hirado-san Edashige -zō
