松間草閣倚岩開
巖下幽花遶露臺
誰扣柴扉驚鶴夢
月明千里知己來
乙卯年新月
王翬
Between the pine trees and grasses a pavillion leans against the rock
Under the rock serene flowers surround the terrace
Who knocks the wooden door to scare the crane`s dream
An old friend from thousand miles in the moonlight
In January of the Year of Wood-Rabbit (1675)
Wang Hui
Seal,
王翬 - Wang Hui
Other seal on the right fringe,
神品 - Sublime work (usu. said of a painting or piece of calligraphy)

Wang Hui 1632-1717
Landscape painter of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.

I think this is a musem reproduction.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Dear Doug,
The previous 2 postings from Rat are from a prankster. The scroll is a fake.
Readings of the above pictures;
Pic.1, (Label on the end of rod),
深山訪友 - Visiting friend in a remote mountain
(Title)
Pic.2, (Leisure seal),
江山多嬌 - Rivers and mountains are seductive

With regards,
I.Nagy
