Posted By: Bill H Fri, Sep 02, 2022 This is a transfer-decorated representation of the Qing Kangxi Emperor (1662-1722). Its base has two impressed marks, both apocryphal. The four-character one shown here at left is in standard characters and reads down and across from its top right as "Fujian Association" (Fu jian hui guan - 福建會舘). The two-character mark in seal script and positioned 90-degrees right of proper viewing position reads down when flipped as "Kangxi" |
