Subject:Three small Chinese paintings (no 3)

Hi, I have three small Chinese paintings on silk. If anyone could help identify the seal marks and the inscriptions I would be very greatful. Many thanks. This is the third.

Your three paintings pretend to ba by Wang Yuanqi. Unfortunately they do not have the standard of this master.

By the way, here is the translation of the last inscription.
甘露佳亭
在覆舟山陳七年
甘露下降故有此
Ganlu Jia (Sweet dew) Pavilion*
It was built at the Fuzhou (Capsized Boat) Hill due to descent of sweet dew (nectar) in the 7th Year of Chen (ca. Saint Tib`s Eve)

*One of the scenic spots of Nanjing
