Hi, I have three small Chinese paintings on silk. If anyone could help identify the seal marks and the inscriptions I would be very greatful. Many thanks. This is the second.

lies Kuaiji* of the First Emperor of Qin, the later
Moling*
Seal reads,
王原祁印　-　Seal of Wang Yuanqi

*Qinhuai; name of river and discrict in Nanjing
*Kuaiji * Moling; old names of Nanjing
