Subject:Help identifying artist - Chinese landscape painting

I would be grateful if someone could please help me identify the artist. I believe this was painted in the 1970's.

Thank you so much! I had the privilege of meeting Chen Siming when I was young, but I did not recall his name. At the time, I saw some of his other work, and thought he was a talented artist.
