Subject:Help requested translating mark on iron censer

Hello Again,

Below are photos of an iron censer which is marked on the bottom as shown. Any assistance on identifying and/or translating this mark, as well as thoughts the general age of the piece would be warmly appreciated, and I once again thank you all in advance for the same.
