These pieces are classic "Farmer's Hat" bowls produced circa 1850. They also belong to a variety of dishes called "Kitchen Qing". Here are links to pictures and my response ages ago to a forum query concerning similar Chinese wares.
Your first bowl, as shown above, has an underglaze blue mark inside of "Ji" - (記), "To make a record of or recorded) in a double square field, with an owner-incised mark above it of "Mu" (目), the eyes or to see. This probably indicates the bowl was used in a restaurant and the owner was giving notice that thievery of dishes was being watched out for.
