Native of Chengqiao,Chongming,Shanghai
Graduated from the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, studied under Zhang Daqian. Was a member of Shanghai Artists Association. Was good at gong landscapes, flowers, birds and figures.

Dear I. Nagy, thanks again for the help. To make sure I understand the reference: 'After the Picture of Beiyuan Xiaoxiang', this refers to the painter Dong Yuan and his painting of Xiaoxiang in the Forbidden City collection? Or to something else? I've attached a photo of the whole scroll.
