Subject:Chinese Lithograph Seal & Signature

Hello,
I would appreciate a translation of the seal and signature in the photos below. I apologize for the quality of the signature which is beyond my control. I've also included a photo of the lithograph on the chance that somebody might recognize the artist. Thanks.

Seal,
佐耕工印　- Craft seal of Zuŏgēng

Lü Zuŏgēng 呂佐耕　
Born in Beijing in 1963. Graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the China Academy of Art (formerly known as the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts) in 1988. In 1992 he co-founded the "Red Gate Gallery" Setted in the US in 1993.
In 2003 founded a contemporary art printing studio in New York.

May I ask why you are asking and where you saw this painting? The artist is my mentor and I saw this painting in person before.

Ken,
I bought this work several months ago from one of the auction galleries in New York City. Although it was listed as a lithograph, it is a painting. If you have any other information about it that you would like to share with me I would appreciate it.
