The mark reads: Dai 大 Nippon 日本 - Meito 名陶 Sei 製 (= Great Japan - Made by Meito). Date 1930-1940.
Stamped mark of the Meito Goshi Jiki - Meito Joint Venture Porcelain. The producer was Nagoya Seito(sho) Kaisha.
