Posted By: Bill H Wed, Jan 05, 2022 Your handled pot with Animal Mask (taotie) decoration and faux mark of "Made during the Xuande Reign of the Great Ming Dynasty" (Da Ming Xuan de Nian Zhi - 大明宣德年製) may be from the late Republic or early People's Republic periods. This mask pattern also was produced during the late Qing Guangxu period (1875-1908) but was more finely made. |
