Your Japanese woodblock print is by Ando Hiroshige and is Station #54 of his series "The Fifty-three Stations of the Tōkaidō Road" (Tōkaidō gojūsan tsugi no uchi - 東海道五十三次之内). It is Ōtsu: Hashirii Teahouse (Ōtsu, Hashirii chaya)
(大津　走井茶屋).
