Hello Gary ,I could not see a reply section on your post. So I have posted my answer this way.
If you see my post under fred Nov 17 Chinese cloisonne box maker?age.

I feel this may be the maker of you pot.
You will notice the shape of the clouds are the same,this maker was famous for the dragon motifs,
also those blue half round wave looking sections under the dragon was another common theme on there boxes.

Hey Fred! Just saw your Reply to my Inquiry. Thank You very much! I would say you are spot on on my Piece being from the Laotianli Folk Cloisonne workshops. Really never thought I would find out the actual maker! Once again really Appreciate your Valuable Help in this! Best Regards, Gary K
