I am trying to attach a photo of a tile/plaque that was a piece of my fathers that was framed at Don Hartman Framing in Monterey in the late 1990's. I am trying to research it's origin and the artist. Unfortunately the file will not attach. Is there a place in Sacramento that I can take the piece to learn more about it? I was thinking maybe the artist could be Liu Yuchen. If anyone is able to help me with this or can direct me to someone who can please let me know.
