Subject:ID mark Japanese Vase

Hi
Is this a Japanese Satsuma Vase, or Arita? I can not read the mark, but my guess, Satsuma late 20th century??

In my opinion this is not Satsuma ware, which is earthenware and not porcelain. The name ends with 山 (yama or zan), but unfortunately I can't read the 1st Kanji of the name. We need an expert like I.Nagy to solve this and if we know the name we can perhaps get more info about this vase.
