The inscription on coin reads from top to down, then
from right to left.
天敬通寳　-　Tianqi　Tongbao

TianqiTongbao is a copper coin minted in the Ming Dynasty between 1621-1624 I could find 5 different variations of the above inscription on the Chinese language net, but not this one. This is a new souvenir item.
