Could anyone please provide me with information about this figurine? Age, maker etc.would be highly appreciated.

Highly probable to be tagua nut and not ivory.
Looks 20th century.

This is a representation of the God of Long Life or Shouxing that looks from apparent traces of surface bubbles to have been cast in a resinous or plastic substance. Mid-20th century of later in my opinion.
