Subject:Need Help translating script on a Chinese Yixing Teapot
Posted By: Udo B. Sun, Sep 19, 2021 IP: 114.198.14.137

I wonder if someone would be able to translate script on a teapot. I think it may be made from Yixing clay, possibly 1970's maybe earlier (it has a clay ball strainer inside). It has script on one side and branches with flowers engraved to the other side. There are no marks to be found anywhere. Maybe someone might know a bit more regarding this teapot.
I appreciate any help and input received. Thank You !

Dear I. Nagy
Wow, that was quick - once more a big thank you for your translation, I was looking at the script for weeks when I first acquired the item but could not work it out. I must have looked at hundreds of photos in the hope I could see a pattern and the translation to go with it. You have been so very helpful with my Chinese collections.
Kind Regards,
Udo
