Subject:20th C Soapstone Seal, Lion and Two Cubs, Translation Please

A nicely carved seal featuring a finial of a lioness with a ball in one paw and two cubs.
Hoping to learn a translation of the calligraphy on the seal face.
H: 4 5/16"; 10.95 cm
