A superb example from the Meiji period 1868-1912 through to the early Taisho period 1912-1926.
Fortunately it's only the feet missing. A bonus imo.
To get replacement ivory feet is difficult to a point.
Where are you located?
Regards,

Perhaps ask Kevin Page oriental art antiques or sly antiques.
Both in the UK and deal in high end Japanese ivory and bronzes. I know them both. Very reputable dealers etc.
The only issue is the problem with importing ivory. It's banned nearly worldwide.
So problematic. One could either get bone or resin.
It's a personal choice. Personally I would not worry about it unless you find something similar with great feet but damaged elsewhere. But it's a long wait I think.
I have included my name etc. So you can reference me when of and when you contact them etc.
If your in the USA. Try Sam Bernstein jade and oriental art from San Francisco. Great guy btw. He knows a lot of dealers etc etc. Very trustworthy.
