Subject:Chinese Coin For Translation

Looking for translation and more information on this coin / token as it is the first that I have seen with Dragons and a Flaming Pearl on one side. Would this be late 20th or 21st century production?

In the Chinese history there is no Wenhua reign name, so it is more likely a modern handicraft.
