Subject:Chinese scroll artwork

Would like help in identifying the artist, I also have a certificate that was with it, we professionally framed it 15 years ago
Size of image on scroll is 51” x 25” (130 cm x 61 cm) scroll is 67” x 29” 179 cm x 74 cm

This is not a certificate, but a calligraphy artwork in a class by itself.

Inscription,
上善若水　- The supreme good is like water
(It comes from the Chapter 8 Laozi's "Dao De Jing")
Signature,
昌雄書　　-　Calligraphy by Chāngxióng
Seal,
羅昌雄印　-　Seal of Luó Chāngxióng

Luo Changxiong 羅昌雄　
Contemporary full time calligrapher in Guilin, Guangxi.
Member of Chinese Calligraphic Association. Vice president of Guilin Liyu Painting Academy (2016)
