Subject:Tiles with under-glaze painting of oxen

Dear friends,
It is a small frame with titles and under-glaze paintings of fives oxen.
My guess is that it is of Japanese origin?
I really appreciate your input and help on the meaning of the writings!

It is Chinese,
A modern ceramic tile version of the famous picture "Five Oxen" by Han Huang (723-787), original painting is stored in the Palace Museum in Beijing.

The "writings" are imitating the collectors' seals of several Qing Dynasty emperors from the original painting, but somewhat rearranged.
