玉笛横吹　-　jade flute is played horizontally

A word combination in a Tang-era song, dealing with the tragic story of a girl in love.
In original context;
凛凛寒風伴玉笛横吹　-　The cold wind blew accompanied the jade flute horizontally.

Unfortunately the seals are illegibly smudged.
