Subject:Who knows this potter stamp/mark (Kyoto celadon)

Any help is appreciated. Its a set of 9 cups of green and blue celadon. Supposedly made in Kyoto.

The stamp mark reads,
徹　-　Tōru - Art-name

According to the 雅号名鑑　Art-name Directory published by the Kyōto Pottery Conservation Association (1992)
this art-name is registered with Kawakami Tōru
川上涇　1933- 　creative ceramic artist.
