Hi I have this Beautiful Chinese watercolour I would love to know if anyone knows the artist , it’s a stunning piece. High quality watercolour so I'm intrigued , it has seal marks also so any help would be much appreciated.

In your closer photo it looks like mechanical dots. In which case it is a print.
