Your lacquered items are Wajima-nuri (Wajima lacquerwares、made by Kashiwagi Bunsaku during the Taishō Era 1912-1926.
The inscriptions on the two wrapping papers are the same
Inscriptions,
The upper part - right from crests is illegible
on both papers,
Lower part (Horizontal)
有効(豊)保險 - Insurance (Maru-hō)in Force
Right side,
石川縣能登國 - Ishikawa Prefecture, Noto Province
鳳至郡輪島町 - Fugeshi County, Wajima Town
Middle,
布着本堅地 - Nunogise, Honkataji*
Left side,
漆器製造所 - Lacquer Ware Maker
柏木文作 - Kashiwagi Bunsaku
