Subject:Unknown Woodblock Print of Invasion/Attack

Hello, I have an old woodblock print of what appears to be a man with a knife about to attack a couple. If anyone has any information about this print such as the artist or era, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

梅堂國政筆　-　Painted by Baidō Kunimasa
Round seal above the signature,
御届　明治十一年三月廿六日
Notification: On 26th February of the 11th Year of Meiji (1878)

Left of the signature,
画工　竹内栄久　-　Artist: Takeuchi Eikyu (another art-name) + address
梶川久左エ門　-　Kajikawa Kyuzaemon + address

Title,
門の松　春の鳥追 Mon no Matsu Haru no Torioi -
Gate Pine and Spring Minstrel

Man with the knife,
雪駄直シ 大阪吉　-　Setta Naoshi Ǒsaka
Kichi
Lady,
鳥追　おはつ - Minstrel, Ohatsu
Man,
松屋の手代　忠蔵　-　Helper of Matsuya, Chuzō

Probably depicts the climax of a story well known to contemporaries.

Baidō Kunimasa 梅堂國政　
One of the art-names used by Utagawa Kunisada III
1848-1920
