Subject:Eight-panel folded painting

Dear friends,
It is a uniquely huge 8-panel folded painting (7’ h x 10’ w x 0.5” thickness). It is beautifully painted with lots of details! The back side of the panels are plain, and padded and lined with silky fabric. The whole thing is of rectangle shape, without wedged legs as usually seen with room-dividing screen.
I would really appreciate your help on the translation of the writings and seals and hopefully that will help to shed light on its history 🙏🙏🙏

I searched online, and it seems that the painting is a Korean Folk art painting of Longevity, which usually depicts ten auspicious types of things / animals (Sun, clouds, mountain, water, pine tree, deer, turtle, crane, peach, mushroom ...) 🙏😊
