Help please to translate the 3 seals on this Chinese painting on paper (mounted onto a scroll).
Probably modern.

皇姊圖畫　　　-　Painting and Calligraphy of the Empreror Sister
The above seals belonged to Qianlong Empreror

逸希堂主人秘笈之印　-　Yixitang (Hall of Unconventional Rare Things) Master's Secret Book Seal
I didn't find any useful reference to it.

In your opinion do you think the artwork is a copy, are the seals spurious?
