Subject:Signature Kakemono

Hello,
8 years ago, I bought a kakemono from an antique dealer in Kyoto. According to what the dealer told me, the scroll is dated from the middle of the 19th century. The work bears the artist's stamp.
Would someone be kind enough to give me a translation of the text?
Can the 3 red stamps be identified?

Upper seal,
亀　-　Ki
Lower seal,
洞　-　Dō
Starting seal,
筆寅慶　-　ca. Brush　of Ikei
Might be a Korean (In-Gyeong) or Chinese (Yinqing)
given name ?

Unidentifiable artist

Thanks very much for your response and theses informations and translation.
Do you think that this kakemono I brought in Kyoto is rather an Chinese or Korean than Japanese roll ? An import artefact or a work of an emigrated artist having worked in Japan ?

The depicted man on this picture is wearing a typical Japanese garb. It must have been painted in Japan by a Chinese or Korean painter. Kyōto used to be quite international despite of the isolative policy of the Shōgunate - the history books are not always correct on certaion things.　During the 250 years of Shōguns the personal exchanges between Japan Korea and China were quite active.

I forgot to show you an inscription on the back of the kakemono near the upper wooden rod.
I'm sorry this inscription is hard to read.

奥井二代目　録　- Okui nidai-me roku - Recorded
as 2nd generation Okui

After this the possible full name of the painter was,
奥井寅慶　- Okui Ikei
However, I can't find painter with this name in my books.

If you are interested, I can send you the complete notice (thank to you) of this Kakemono came from kyoto. It's a bit heavy file (2,2 MO)
