Subject:Chinese Angel print on silk with seal and writing

Hi all,

Could anyone tell me something about this print on silk or paper, with a copyright C mark to the left and a red seal and Chinese? writing to the right.
I was told it was a 1930's print on silk, but i doubt the print is this old as it is in such crisp condition.
I am just curious as to what the scene with the Angel refers to and what the red seal and writing means.

Seal,
肅達　-　Sùdá　

I can't find artist with this name.
