Subject:Please Help Identify 2 Old Japanese Woodblock Prints

Can anyone please help identify these 2 Japanese woodblock prints,, one has inscriptions the other does not,, they both appear very old with fadded colour.

Hem adjusting at Kōyō-ya
Signature,
五風亭　　- Gofūtei
貞虎 - Sadatora
Seal,
極　　　　- Kiwame - Censor's seal
Publisher's mark,
川長　　　- Kawanaga

Utagawa Sadatora 歌川貞虎　(Year of birth and death unknown)
Was active between 1818-1850
