The mark on first picture might read: Shofu 松風 although the 2nd Kanji is - as written here - not an existing Kanji. And it's certainly not a mark of the well-known artist Shofu Kajo.

The mark on the second picture reads Fukuju 福壽 with stylistic Kanji.
Fukuju is a family name, according Japanese name dictionaries.
But perhaps it is just saying:
Fuku (= good fortune) and Ju (= longevity).
No idea who used this signature.

Regards,
Martin.

Thanks Martin. Do you think its old?

I found pictures online of a very similar one but it has a different signature.

Discription of this one.

Japanese Kutani Plate, Meiji period (1868-1912), late 19th/early 20th century, with pierced and lobated borders, a finely articulated pair of dragon writhes against a sky adorned with ruyi clouds and pearls, the underside with a red cartouche mark, w. 11-1/4
