Hello Kind Folks,

I have a framed large scroll painting, though under glass it appears to be on silk. It shows a classic scene with people and buildings with mountains in the background. It has what I assume is a poem or saying in the upper right corner and also a chop mark which I assume is the artists mark.

Any help in identifying the artist would be greatly appreciated and I thank very sincerely in advance those who kindly offer their help.

Shangxing the Retired Scholar** painted it in the pavillion
