Hi, this vase (as well as the wooden stand) are marked CHINA. I would assume this is late 19th/early 20th Century based on that.

It is stamped only with “CHINA,”so it is highly likely that it was manufactured between 1891 and 1921, the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China) for export.
In the United States, the McKinley Tariff Act went into effect in 1890, requiring that the name of the country of origin be clearly marked in the original language or in English on all foreign products imported into the country. From that point on, ceramics, cloisonné, and other crafts exported from China to the United States and other countries began to be stamped with the word “CHINA” on their bottoms. From 1921 it ws changed to ""MADE IN CHINA".

Thank you. The pattern is very similar to the cloisonne box I have that is also marked CHINA.
