Subject:Pair of Chinese paintings — help with seal and attribution

Hello. I would appreciate help identifying this matching pair of framed Chinese paintings.

Each framed piece measures approximately 17 × 42 inches (43 × 107 cm). Both appear to be hand-painted on fibrous paper and bear the same four-character red seal. No signature or inscription is visible apart from the seal.

Could anyone please help read the seal, identify a possible artist or origin, and suggest an approximate period? I would also appreciate opinions on whether both paintings appear to be by the same hand.

I am not claiming any attribution and would appreciate independent opinions. Thank you.

It could be a pen name, a studio name or auspicious phrase for leisure - the latter may be the most likely.
No results on Chinese-language search engines.
Probably a fairly recent souvenir item intended for export.
