As I was working my way up from the bottom, I just noticed that your top post provides the answer to the "Ai" seal. It includes the calligrapher's full signature— Sasaki Aidō 佐々木愛堂.
Sasaki is the surname, Aidō, Aikō and Kōdō are pen-names. Calligraphers often change their pen-names (pseudonyms).
